About Me

For over a decade now, I've supported those experiencing anxiety, depression, self-harm, and suicidal thoughts, as well as chronic illnesses including FND, ME, and fibromyalgia. While I'm committed to ongoing study, my own lived experience has played a huge role in shaping my understanding and approach to health and exercise and supporting others. This combination has formed a collaborative, person-centred, and trauma-informed approach that meets you exactly where you are.

About Us Image

The evidence is clear.

Research consistently demonstrates that regular exercise is beneficial for mood, energy levels, sleep, and pain management. But when you're struggling with your mental health or living with a chronic illness, engaging with exercise regularly can feel almost impossible - which means the people who'd benefit most often miss out.
It's my mission to change that.

What Clients Say

Frequently Asked Questions

Anyone. Though most people I work with are managing mental health difficulties or chronic illness, and want support that keeps this in mind.

We'll work collaboratively to build a coaching service that works for you - including cost - to ensure support is accessible and within your means.

No. This is coaching and personal training and should not be treated as a replacement for therapy or counselling.

I will only ask you what I need to know to support you but will never pressure into sharing anything you're not comfortable sharing.

This isn't about physique or transformations. It's about feeling better, and building ways to manage - delivered with compassion and non-judgement.

If something comes up that's beyond the scope of coaching, I'll be honest about that and will point you toward more appropriate support.

Not at all. Most people I work with aren't starting from a fitness background. Sessions are paced to where you're at now, not where you 'should' be.

It's expected that some days will look different from others. We'll adapt the sessions accordingly without pressure to push through or perform.
